Warranty Policy
Logisysus.com
offers various service packages for systems to satisfy our customers needs.
The damage
due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with
electrical power, usage not in accordance product instructions, failure to
perform required preventive maintenance and problems caused by use of parts
and components not supplied by Logisys is not covered under this limited
warranty.
Terms and
conditions
Logisysus.com makes no
warranty either expressed or implied with respect to any equipment or
software, including without limitation, any warranty of mechanibility or
fitness for any particular purpose. It is understood that all warranties,
whether expressed or implied, are honored only by the manufacturer and or
publisher of the specific product. The purchaser agrees that
Logisysus.com shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect,
or consequential damages or for the loss of profit, revenue, or data arising
out of the purchase of products or any manner subject to this agreement,
even if Logisysus.com shall have been advised in advance of the
potential for such loss or damage.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special orders are not eligible for
refund or credit.
No refund or exchange for all built-to-order system.
Repair only.
SHIPPING: Customized system usually takes 5 working days to be
assembled and testing prior shipping. Special options features in customized
system might be taken longer.
RETURNS:
To ensure high-quality service, all questions regarding returns must be
directed email to
support@
logisysus.com To be eligible for credit or exchange all merchandise
must be received within 14 days of Purchasers verified receipt of said goods.
Returned products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and
include all original parts, packing materials, catalogues, manuals, and
warranty registration. All merchandise must in original condition as sold.
Labor, shipping C.O.D. and handling charges will not be refunded. All
returns must be accompanied with a R.M.A. number. This number can be
obtained only by emailing Logisysus.com-
support@ logisysus.com
with the invoice date, defective product
model number and problem of the product, and is valid for 2 business days.
Returns after this period will be refused and returned to sender. Defective
merchandise not listed below can be returned for replacement within 14 days.
Beyond 14 days all merchandise must be returned to its respective
manufacturer for repair or replacement at said manufacturer discretion. 25%
restocking fee will be applied for merchandise is returned.
No refund or exchange for all customize
built to order system. 10% of purchase amount will be charged for cancel
order over 24 hours.
HARD DRIVES:
Hard drives are special order for customize system are not returnable or
exchangeable, returns for repair or replacement only will be honored. A 14
day D.O.A. period is in effect for all Hard Drives that Logisysus.com
sells. If a drive fails during this period, follow the R.M.A. procedures and
return said product for repair or replacement. Beyond 14 days all warranties
are handled through the respective manufactures and must be returned to said
manufacturer for repair or replacement.
MEMORY & CPUS:
Memory and CPU are not returnable,refunable or exchangeable.
Logisysus.com honors a warranty period of one year, unless otherwise
noted, from invoice date and will replace said product with same or
equivalent goods if defective.
SOFTWARE:
Only the limited warranty provided by the manufacturer and or publisher
applies to software. Open software packages may not be returned for refund
or exchange unless authorized in advance by the software manufacturer or
publisher. It is the Purchasers responsibility to inspect the product
package for the correct type and or version before breaking the seal on the
package. Logisysus.com will not be responsible for any error in the
selection of software once the package seal has been broken.
REFUNDS:
All refunds will be processed within 14 business days in the same tender as
the original transaction.
ATTORNEYS FEES, COSTS,
VENUE FOR LITIGATION: Purchaser
agrees to pay all fees and costs incurred by Logisysus.com arising
out of this agreement and for the collection of any amounts due whether or
not suit is instituted. Purchaser and Logisysus.com agree that this
contract is entered into and shall be construed and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any action by Purchaser
or Logisysus.com to enforce any of the provisions of this contract
shall be brought in the court of the appropriate jurisdiction in the state
of California.
DELIVERY:
Logisysu.com shall not be responsible for any delays or damages
caused by any common carrier or for any reason beyond its control. Same day
shipping refers to orders placed at or before 12:00 PM Pacific Time Monday
through Friday, excluding recognized public holidays on stock, non-special
order items. Logisysus.com reserves the right to use alternative
shipping methods than those stated. Refused shipments will be charged a fee
of $35 plus any shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders will be shipped via the most reasonable common
carrier to said country. Purchaser is responsible for any duties, taxes or
fees that may be incurred upon import of any goods purchased.
